Adding quantities to invoices

HI, i am trying to create sales/invoices where the items have the quantity listed.

I can't seem to find a field or edit the invoice templates to do this?

  • Hi ElleC , go to New Sale, select Layout, choose Item and confirm. You need items set up as well.

  • Cancel that - found i can use 'SHIP' on the items template for quantity/number of items - confusing word to use...lol

Hi ElleC , yes, I kind of agree, but it has to be distinguished (now) from "backorder", and there's never been much room for "qty" in that column header. But originally (ie in MYOB Accounting v3, around 1990+, it was also called Ship, as the program was developed in the USA.
