Items from quote to invoice

Hi, when i'm quoting i add all the items in my quote, including overheads, labour, others, this information is essential as we use it as KPI, this quote is never send to the client we only use it to keep the info in our dashboard, a second quote is send to the client including only the total amount of the service. Is there a way to keep the first quote for accounting purposes and send the invoice with limited information? 

Obviously, I want to keep the detailed information in the system of the detailed quote.
