Keeping original quote number when changing to an invoice

Hi,

 

Hoping you can help me.  On my PC under "Preferences" then "sales" I have ticked the box  that says "Retain original invoice number when quotes change to orders or Invoices {System-wide}"  This works if I am on my PC however if I log into MYOB from my Apple Mac it does not work.  Please help.

    Hi SP64,

    Currently, this feature is only available in the desktop version of our software. If you're using a Mac, it is not advisable to use the AccountRight desktop. You can use the browser version, but the feature that you are looking for is not available in the browser.
