Thanks for your post, and my apologies for the late response. Our Help Article: Set the default forms to use when printing or emailing, should assist you in setting this up. Note there are two sets of instructions: one for setting the default form for a specific customer/supplier (via their card) and the other for setting the default form to be used when emailing or printing in bulk, which is done via Advanced Filters.
