Also, when I try to open PAYDIRECT from my Samsung mobile device via the PAY NOW or VIEW INVOICE button on the email it will not open in phone browser.
Says "THIS SITE CAN'T BE REACHED"
???

Thank you for your post, and welcome to the community forum!
I can see that you would like to know how your customers can see all of the unpaid invoices, account statements and pay the invoice. Please check the helpful articles, as they will show how customers can view their unpaid invoices and pay.
Also, have you tried to open Paydirect using your computer? as it is not working on your mobile phone. If not, you may retry using your computer or reboot your mobile phone.
