Not able to enter purchases

for some reason  I am now not able to enter purchases. I just get the time out message each time, there is only 6 items on the invoice so there shouldnt be a problem also I can still enter sales even though on some on the sales invoices there are multiple items, has any one got any suggestions on why this is happening with the purchase invoices

    Hi Judy12,

     

    Sounds like AccountRight's just having a bit of a "thinking break" on you. That timeout message sometimes pops up when it's still working away in the background (like crunching through a big transaction), but Windows think it's given up. Usually, if you leave it for a bit, it'll sort itself out and let you keep going but if the message remains, we've got a few steps you can try to nudge it along.     If it's still being stubborn after that, best bet is to have a yarn with our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via MyAccount. They can help dig deeper and fix this for you.
