Not receiving customer payments

Hi I have had multiple transactions that have been payed by clients which they have been sent a receipt and it is now marked off as being payed in myob but I have not received these funds this has been happening for at least a week.
This is also an issue that I have never had before and has just started to occur any help would be appreciated

    Hey BenA,

     

    You'll need to reach out to our Financial Services team to further discuss your issue with not receiving customer payments. I'll be sending you their email address via private message so you can reach out to them. In addition, you can also submit a support case via MyAccount. Make sure to select "Financial services" under the "What can we help you with?" field.
