Nothing happens when I click 'Pay Bills'

When I click 'Pay Bills' either through Purchases Register or the Purchases Command Centre, nothing happens. I already tried clearing cache, too. Weird thing is it's only happening in one of the files (I have two different files open at the same time). What do I do?

    I would have a guess that the window is appearing but is appearing outside of the screen. 

     

    What I would do would go to Purchases>>Pay Bills. Once that has been selected, go to Windows (top of the screen) and select Casacade. This should pull every open window onto the screen so it can be seen.

     

    Let us know how you get on and if you require further assistance.
