Hi moorey78,
Usually, online payment notifications get sent to both customers and account owners. If you haven’t seen any come through, it’s worth double-checking that the email address set up to receive them is spot on, sometimes it's just a small issue like that.
If everything seems right but you’re still not getting them, no worries! Just reach out to us and we’ll help sort it out for you. You can pop in a support ticket through the MyAccount window, or have a chat with MOCA, our virtual assistant.

Genreve thanks Genreve, i have lodged it under support ticket however i keep getting generic replies on have i set up the email correctly. I have the email set up correctly nave sent screenshots showing this so not sure what is happening
