Online invoice payment receipt

Online payment- not receiving payment notification have to manually check?  have done several online invoice payment with customers and i receive no notification from myob that customer has paid

    Hi moorey78

     

    Usually, online payment notifications get sent to both customers and account owners. If you haven’t seen any come through, it’s worth double-checking that the email address set up to receive them is spot on, sometimes it's just a small issue like that.

  • thanks Genreve, i have lodged it under support ticket however i keep getting generic replies on have i set up the email correctly. I have the email set up correctly nave sent screenshots showing this so not sure what is happening
