Could someone please explain to me how we are able to partially receive a purchase order? We have tried to only enter through stock that has arrived and zero out items that haven't. But then the remainder of the PO seems to disappear.
Has it got something to do with the tab next to save that says "save and create new" or ' save and duplicate'?
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community Forum.
I understand we are trying to locate the previous purchase order that was partially fulfilled. Generally, changing a purchase order to an invoice removes the purchase order. Only a quote has the option to be retained if we convert it into a purchase order or bill. I would suggest creating a new purchase order for the rest of the items in the previous purchase order.
