At present, the only alert available during the creation of sales transactions is for duplicate sales numbers. You can find all warning options in the Preferences window of the application. If you can't find a preference that matches the feature you're looking for, I recommend posting this as a suggestion on the Ideas Exchange board for potential inclusion in a future update.

 

Including links to previously mentioned posts and providing complete details will be beneficial for our development team to document your suggestion in detail.
