Purchase Invoices - showing Tax

Since the new MYOB update - any invoices that are auto imported into your in tray is now showing up a line stating Tax (therefore showing double GST) - This is only for invoices that are linked with MYOB - not ones you imported.

Can someone advise how to remove this line besides manually going into each invoice and doing so.
