Purchases In Tray
Hi, I just started a new job using MYOB as I did in my previous role, but this one the In Tray is greyed out. It says Online in green at the bottom of the screen. Any ideas?
They have only been using this for a short while.

It's great to hear you're familiar with MYOB already. If the In Tray is greyed out even though it says you're online, it usually means your user access doesn't have permission to use the In Tray.
