Recurring transactions

This still appears to be broken....

 

In the schedule recurring transactions, in the alerts section, I change the remind from myself to another user.
When I go back in to check, it has reverted to myself and the other user doesnt receive the alerts.

 

Please fix as asap

    Sorry to see that no one has offered assistance with your query.

     

    We are aware of an issue with Recurring Transactions which occurs if the user name is edited then saved, after re-opening the schedule, the reminder still shows the previously selected user. 

     

    We apologise for the inconvenience caused, however, this is a display issue - so in the backend the correct person will be sent the reminder even though this user is not displayed.
