rejected emails

Hi There 

we have one customer whos invocies are not being sent, i have asked them to check they havent blocked our email or something along those lines but unfortunatly its still being rejected and nothing has changed at either end so must be something in the backend of MYOB.

 

the code is "Rejected" 

 

can anyone help please
