reversing a trancaction

Can someone please tell me how I can reverse transcation in Accountright. 

 

I tried to delete however I get this message.

To reverse this transaction, you need to close and reopen the window. If you want to change or delete it, deselect the "Transactions CAN'T be Changed..." preference.

 

Where can I find the preference?

    In setup along the top ribbon, dropdown to preferences, you will find that preference in the security tab
