The recommended email program is to use Microsoft Outlook. For the Account Right to use the correct email address make sure the Microsoft Exchange has been defaulted to the right email address as Account Right just picks up the email setting from Microsoft Exchange.
Alternatively, if you are using online files, emails can be sent out of the Account Right directly without having an email program. To learn more about sending emails via Account Right refer to the provided help article Sending emails using Microsoft Outlook - MYOB AccountRight - MYOB Help Centre
