Good morning,
when issuing purchase orders the supplier item ID set up in the inventory file is not printed, instead it prints out the Item ID.
Where can I change this in the system to make it appear on purchase orders? I could not find anything online.

Hi Emazing , you need to edit the purchase order form you are using, and replace "my item#" with supplier item# (or similar) in the transaction table.
Go to Setup, customise forms to start.

Just a heads-up: MYOB Business doesn't have this feature right now. I'd recommend suggesting it to the development team on the Ideas Exchange board for future updates.
