Thanks for your post. It's great to have you here in the Community forum!
We have an option here to export the customers and then edit the data file to the one that you want to inactivate. In the cards field, you may set the status to inactive. After editing the data file and inactivating customers you may import again.
These Help Articles Exporting data and Importing data have detailed information and instructions to assist you with this.

Importing as suggested by Leneth_A is the best way to do this. Ensure you make a backup before you import in case something goes wrong, you might end up with 20k cards. Importing cannot be undone.
Having said that, 10k cards is well beyond recommended card limits - at one point a moderator suggested no more than 5k. If interested in getting cards you no longer need removed in bulk, send me a private message or email for details. Cost is around $275.
