If I understand correctly, you're attempting to export an account transaction report. Please let me know if this is not the case. I've further checked this on our end and even replicated the process to check for any issues with exporting account transaction reports in AccountRight. From my findings, it appears to be functioning as expected. Could you please attempt to access your file online using the web browser version to see if the issue persists? Also, it would be helpful to know if you've encountered similar issues with other reports where certain columns are not appearing upon export.
