Transaction report

I have run a transaction report, when I try and print or export the report it only shows the credit column but no debit column.

 

1. There are transactions in the debit coloumn

2. The filters are set to all and I can see it on the original report

 

Why is it doing this?

    Thank you for reaching out, and I regret the delay in my response. 

     

    If I understand correctly, you're attempting to export an account transaction report. Please let me know if this is not the case. I've further checked this on our end and even replicated the process to check for any issues with exporting account transaction reports in AccountRight. From my findings, it appears to be functioning as expected. Could you please attempt to access your file online using the web browser version to see if the issue persists? Also, it would be helpful to know if you've encountered similar issues with other reports where certain columns are not appearing upon export.

    Hi kha , this is probably due to a long-standing issue in the desktop report. The browser report may work properly, but to see the debit column in the desktop you will need to include one more account in your report selection.

    Hi,

     

    I have managed to find where to get the report on the web browser version but cant see where to export?

     

    Can you advise where to do this.

    Hi Mike,

     

    Thanks for your reply, I added another account as suggested however still didnt work.

     

    If it's long standing you would think MYOB would fix the issue

     

    I dont use the web version

    Hi kha,

     

    Thank you for your response. 

     

    To generate the account transaction report using the web browser version, kindly navigate to Reporting >>Reports >>Account transaction reports >> and choose the Export tab. This will allow you to export the report in Excel or PDF format.
