trial balance is out

Question

Hi. I really need help. The trial balance for Sept is crazy.

Trial Balance

Accounts Receivable – YTD balance $109,725.37

Accounts Payable – YTD Balance $20,195.62

Unpaid Bills (Should match Accounts Payable balance)

Balance $0

Unpaid Invoices (should match Accounts Receivable)

Balance $54,795.77

Can someone give me advice on this please. I really need to get them to match up.

Please run the Receivables Reconciliation report and the Payables Reconciliation report respectively to check if there's any out of balance showing, running the Company Data Auditor can also achieve the same effect. If there are any out of balance going on, please follow the guide in this Help article to resolve it:
