unable to delete a transaction

I cannot use delete payment function since yesterday, I already disable "Transaction can't be changed

' in preferences-security bar. The arrow shows in blue as well.

 

What else do I need to do?

    Oh I see. Is the user log on you using an administrator account?

     

    Administrators can set previledges for its users. I might not have permission to delete that's why it is greyed out.

     

    You will need the administrator to change your user settings to give you permision.

    Yes, it was applied to an invoice. But not only this one, i just enter a new purchase, and it cannot delete as well.

     

    And it also cannot not reserve payment if i able thst function in sercurity bar.

    No error message, the delete bottom is gery, so I cannot Click on it.
