Unpaid Invoice summary emails sent on the 3rd of the month - how to change the title of this email?
Hi all, does anyone know how to customise the title of the email that goes out to customers with open invoices at the beginning of the month please? I'm not talking about invoice reminders. Those have an option to customise the message. The summaries don't, and the email is titled 'Your new statement from... "Business name"
Only it's not a statement, it's just a link to unpaid invoices which often doesn't work.
ANY help would be appreciated please!

Yeah, being able to change the email subject for those unpaid invoice summaries would definitely look more professional. At the moment, there’s no built‑in way to do that in the software.
The best thing to do is pop it onto our Ideas Exchange Board so other users can vote on it and help push it up the list for future updates.
