Updating customer trading terms on our statements

Hi

We have 7 day trading terms for our customers but our statements are showing the standard 30, 60 and 90 days. Does anyone know how to change these on the statements to 14, 21, 28 days for example.

I ahve included a screenshot of what we would like to change. I am sure its easy but I have gone around in circles!

Thanks

    Hi LJ3,

Thanks a heap for the screenshot! You can change the terms for each invoice or even set a default when adding new customers. A bit of reminder though, updating these terms only applies to any new customers you add, it won’t change the statement terms for your existing customers. If you want those statement days to look different, you’ll need to update the terms for each customer you’ve already got in the system. You can check this link about setting up your invoice payment details for the guide. Gets a bit fiddly, but once it’s set, you’re good to go!

    Cheers,

    Shella
