Why do CREDIT NOTES show positive balance

    Hi ROBERT 

     

    Thanks for your post. After a credit note transaction has been created the invoice amount should be displayed as a negative amount.

    If you are still having this issue could you please provide screenshots of the positive credit notes and the transaction you made to create these?
