AccountRight end of year payroll and super glitches 11/07/23

Hi all,

I'm having trouble with End of Year payroll finalisation, when I submit to ATO, I'm getting an error message saying try again or refresh browser. I've tried a hundred times....

 

Also, trying pay super and it's telling one of my employees has an invalid member number but it's not been a problem before.

 

My version is up to date. Anyway one else having similar problems

    I appreciate your patience and understanding on this matter. Kindly try to clear your AccountRight cache, sign out and sign in again. Try to finalise few employees. 

     

    For the pay super, please refer to our Help Article, Troubleshooting Pay super payments, which includes detailed information on this issue (invalid employee membership no.).
