Asteron Life Insurance Super Fund

Hi,

 

Recently the USI no for Asteron Life Insurance has changed, I have updated the same in the Myob but still their is an error while authorizing the super. Any solutions ?

 

Already checked with the technical team, even they dont know how to resolve.

    Hi MN56 

     

    Thank you for your post. 

     

    If you have already updated it and it's still showing you this error, I would suggest adding a new Superfund by going to Lists >>Superannuation Funds >> + New.  You can type in a Name differently to avoid confusion (e.g. Asteron Life Insurance - new) and look for the Superfund under the dropdown box next to Registered name. Double-check the Spin/USI and then click OK. 

     

    After this, go to your employee's Card File and reassign this newly added superfund that you created. Let me know how it goes.
