Backpay affecting annual leave and LSL

Hi, just after some advise please. 


We need to back pay some staff from the beginning of the year. We wish to also show the backpay hours. I am able to manually change the backpay monetary figure and personal leave on that particular payslip to be correct, however as I am including working hours rather than just the back pay monetary figure as I normally would, does this then add those hours onto the acrrual of annual leave and long service leave?

    Thanks for your post. To prevent leave accruing on back pay, go to Payroll categories>>Entitlements tab>>open the leave accrual category>>click on Exempt and select the back pay payroll category.
