Clearing annual acrual after its been paid

Hi,

 

At christmas I paid 3 staff members annual leave acrual at 8% of gross etc as they had been with us less than a yr, two of the three I reset the acrual no problem but the third staff member it wont reset and now shows on the wage slip as a minus figure of accrual. how can I clear this? it should only read '3.08' not '-80.00'

    Hi Accounts1232 

     

    Thanks for your post. To correct the Annual Leave Accrual of your employee, kindly go to Card File > Cards List > Employee tab > Payroll Details tab > Entitlements tab > Enter or edit the existing amount
