Employee is paid two part time salaries

An employee is paid two part time salaries (not hourly). How do I set up the payroll categories so that the amounts are automatically entered in the fortnightly pay run.

    Thanks for reaching out.

     

    If we want to record the payment for the said employee twice. We would need to create another Payroll Category and link that to the employee. After which we could Employee card > Payroll detail > Standard pay > enter the amount that we want to show up automatically when doing the pay run.
