Employee not showing in Reporting Centre under Employee Terminations

Hi

I just tried to notify the tax office of a terminated employment through the Payroll Reporting Centre. When I went to the Employment Terminations tab, the employee's name is not listed.  All my other employee names are there, including terminated employees.  Is there something I can do, to trigger it to show up in the list?

 

I have terminated the employee in the card file already. She is still an active card.

    Thank you for your post. Can I please get you to check the Employment Basis on the employee card, if it is set to Other this employees payroll information will not be sent to the ATO. You can check this by going to Cards > Card list > Employee Card > Payroll details tab > Personal details tab.  Make sure to do an update event or complete a $0.00 payrun for the employee that is not appearing in the list.
