Employee Onboarding - name in email is incorrect

Hello

I used this function yesterday and found the email had the incorrect name on it.

 

I believe this is a serious issue and needs to be rectified.

    Hi Jo-AnneD 

     

    The employee's name and email address are user enter fields when sending out the Self-Onboarding form in AccountRight, the employee will be able to enter/edit their details when filling in the form. The employee's name/email address details can also be edited within the employee contact card once it's created.
