Employee Terminations EOFY

Before I terminated employees in the employee terminations, the gross payments YTD is matched with the payroll summary gross wages report YTD. But when I'm done terminating employees due to transfer, the gross payments reduced, two employees actual wages YTD becomes zero. I am not sure what happened. Please help.

    Hi jcaguioa,

     

    Thank you for your post. 

     

    To resolve this, you will need to reactivate their cards, remove their termination dates, then process an Update Event/ $0 Pay Run to push through and update their totals to the ATO. 

     

    Once you're happy with the reports, you can enter the termination dates back into the card file and continue to finalise your payroll year.
