EOFY & STP Finalisation

Looking at similar posts to the same problem I have.

Everything balanced perfectly, finalised and accepted by the ATO.  A day or two later and all the Gross, Tax etc are incorrect but what is worse the employees MyGov numbers are also incorrect.

I've tried unfinalising but this does not correct the situation.

This has happened to three of the files I finalised, others appear to be OK, at this stage.

It is extremely annoying and stressful.  Employees want to be able to lodge their tax returns and are unable to do so.
