EOFY finalisation STP does not match Payroll reports

Hi,

I have run all the payroll reports for EOFY and they match to the cent both online and desktop.  ATO portal STP figures match my figures but the STP reporting through MYOB does not match for the EOFY finalisation to be done.  It appears to be a software glitch with a pay recorded on 20/03/2024, as that is the exact amount of the difference.  My accountants (Gild Group) have also checked and have confirmed it must be an MYOB software issue.  I have reached out through the support email and had no response in 6 days.  I must get this rectified so can someone from MYOB get back to me.

    Hi Dean_NBA

I recommend running an Update Event or a zero dollar ($0) pay for all employees (including terminated employees) to ensure the most recent YTD values have been sent to the ATO. After that, check that the Payroll Activity and Payroll Register reports match.

    Regards,
    Earl

I have done that and the Payroll activity and register reports all match what the ATO have on record (my accountant checked).  The issue is that the EOFY finalisation report in the MYOB STP reporting section does not match these reports.  All payroll categories have also been checked and they comply with STP2 criteria.  For some reason one pay recorded on 20/03/2024 has not carried across to the YTD verification report.  This is a software issue but MYOB will not answer my query via the support email.  Got an automated email back with Reference number: 01843393 but no reply in 7 days.
