EOFY finalisation

I have run my YTD verifaction report and Payroll Summary report and they both match but when I do my EOFY finalisation some of my Directors Fees and amounts entered for leave (Other Paid Leave STP category) are not showing up in the GROSS YTD column or included in the Gross payments YTD at the top.  I can however see the amounts paid to them when I look at their individual Summary of Payment.
