EOY Verification not matched to Payroll Register

Hi,

 

I have an issue that one employee out of a payroll of 30 is out of balance. The Payroll Register & Payroll Summary reports agree but the EOY Verification report is out for this one employee. This employee has not been terminated & re-instated, they were employed for the full FY and yet only approx half their pay is registered with ATO.

As a seperate exercise, I manually checked every pay event for the year and agreed the value as recorded on the STP EOFY Finalisation list. I am a first time user and would love some advice on how to solve this issue.

    Thanks for your post.

     

    Kindly check as well the Payroll Activity Summary report if it matches your Payroll Register. If yes, please check each payroll category used if it was assigned to the correct ATO Reporting Category. If changes have been made, please send update event to make sure every figure will be updated. Once send update event has been processed, kindly check the reports if it have been rectified.
