FY 23/24 STP Report not matching MYOB report

Good morning All,

This has probably been answered before, but would appreciate your assistance, rather than me trying to filter my way through to get to a solution.  

I am in the process of doing my EOFY finalisation and I noticed that one employees pay amount does not match to what I have on my MYOB Payroll Summary.  

This employee was employed up until the 9th of November and final payment was made on the 24th of November.  The payment has gone through the reporting system as I can pick that up, but it is not included in the totals?

Are you able to assist in finding my error to correct this?

    Thanks for your post and welcome to community forum! To fix this I highly suggest to compare the information in your Payroll Register and Payroll Activity reports. If they match, you can simply send an update event to correct the figures in the YTD verification report make sure sure the ATO will receive the up to date figures of your employees. Once done, you may check the reports again to see if it all matches. The Help Article End of year finalisation with Single Touch Payroll reporting will provide you the steps on how to do the send update event. However, if they don't match, I recommend double-checking the reporting Category for the RESC to ensure accurate reporting.
