Thank you for your post and Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find plenty of useful information.
Generally speaking, AccountRight company files stored online would be able to be accessed from the majority of countries. Although, some countries do have region blockers at an Internet Service Provider level or another level which could cause users not to be able to log into AccountRight.
In terms of actually working online, why not use the browser interface? This way you could access your company file through a browser so you could do it via your mobile device or tablet, rather than taking a laptop installed with the software on it. If your file was on the cloud by signing in directly to app.myob.com will help you access your account even if your on overseas. This will also allow you to access STP as well.
