How to amend 1 employee's pay in a pay run

I have recorded a pay to the ATO and have created the payment file ABA but have not processed this.

An employee has advised that he did an additional hour of overtime that has not been recorded. 

I need to amend his pay and want to report this along with the other employees in this payrun.

What is the best way to complete this task. so that I achieve the following

1. Revised ABA (bank file) which includes all the other employees as well as the amended employee
2. Revised pay slip for this employee
3. Update to ATO with the revised amount
