Leave entitlement accrual for salary staff on different base hours

If I have staff on salary but work different base hours eg: 1 is on a 40 hours week and the other is on a 45 hour week, what is the best method of setting up their leave entitlements so they receive their individual entitlements

    Thanks for your post. If salary employees need to accrue leave entitlements are different rates you would create separate entitlement payroll categories and link the employee to applicable payroll entitlement payroll category. The Help Article, Leave and entitlements, had instructions for creating entitlement payroll categories.
