lsl accrual YTD no longer printing on payslip

hello all

it seems since the new financial year we longer have the long service leave accrual hrly YTD figure printing on our payslips.  there has been no changes to the payslip format and the option is ticked to print on the payslip against the wages lsl category

We have been using this option for the past year with no issues

I have also checked each individuals employee card and the setting against this leave type is also correct

Any ideas ??

Thanks

    Hi there JJJ,

I see that you're having issues with long-service leave accrual not showing on pay slips. To ensure the long service leave appears on the pay slip in AccountRight, it must be used within the payroll year. If it hasn't been used, it won't show up, even if there's a current balance. If you want the current balance to appear on the pay slip without using the entitlement for a long period, you need to record a pay transaction that impacts that entitlement. This can be a zero-dollar pay affecting just that entitlement. After recording, reverse the transaction by opening it and selecting Edit > Reverse Transaction. This will create a record for the payroll year without changing the current balance, ensuring the balance appears on future pay slips.

    Best regards,

    Doreen
