MYOB Kiosk - Can't Log in

We would like to start using the MYOB Kiosk app and have downloaded it on to an ipad.  I have set up a new location in MYOB teams and selected kiosk as the method.

 

But we can't log in to the app.  Every time I try it says:

We didn't recognise that email or password.

Please try again.

Note: for security reasons your account will be locked after too many unsuccessful logins.

 

But I can still log in to MYOB Team, so it would seem that I am not locked out.  Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. It REALLY shouldn't be this hard.

    I'm not sure that you even read my post.  We have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, this makes no difference.  I am an approving manager.  I have set up a new location.  We don't have spare ipads just lying around to try installing on a different device, since all our other tablets are android devices and there is no android app.  It is NOT straightforward at all

    Hey SDuddy,

     

    Uninstalling and reinstalling the kiosk app is a great way to troubleshoot what you're experiencing right now. Regarding your concern about the error when logging in, make sure that you're added as an approving manager. Once you've downloaded the MYOB Team Kiosk app, an approval manager can set it up. It's pretty straightforward! The approving manager will need to assign employees to their location and approve their timesheets. Here's a link for more information!
