MYOB Kiosk - Can't Log in
We would like to start using the MYOB Kiosk app and have downloaded it on to an ipad. I have set up a new location in MYOB teams and selected kiosk as the method.
But we can't log in to the app. Every time I try it says:
We didn't recognise that email or password.
Please try again.
Note: for security reasons your account will be locked after too many unsuccessful logins.
But I can still log in to MYOB Team, so it would seem that I am not locked out. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. It REALLY shouldn't be this hard.
