MYOB Team App

Hi, I can login to MYOB team on my computer however when i try to login to the App it states something went wrong

    Thank you for your question. 

     

    I would first suggest making sure that you have the correct YMOB invoice app which is the one listed in our Help Article for getting started with MYOB Teams. It has the icon of the purple document. 

     

    Does the error popping up have any other details as opposed to "something went wrong" are you able to please attach a screenshot of this error message?
