MYOB Team App Timesheets

Question

Hi,&nbsp;We are looking at inviting our employees to use the MYOB Team App on their phones to submit timesheets each week. Can you please send through a screenshot of what it would look like on their phone in the timesheet submission screen? Do they select job numbers in this screen?&nbsp;Thank you&nbsp;

Glad to hear that the tutorial helped. Correct, the approving manager will only see the timesheets and leave requests within the admin portal. When a timesheet approved the hours then get sent into AccountRight which is then linked to their base hourly category.&nbsp;

So there is no section in the app timesheets to enter a job for each hour/s worked?&nbsp; Any chance that the job number can be integrated in the MYOB Team App as job numbers are vital to job cost and to go in to doing it manually when it hits the myob file&nbsp; does not make sense to set up the timesheet via it in the first place? Double-dipping.&nbsp;An the app developer change it?

Our help article&nbsp;Using the MYOB Team mobile app has step by step instructions on how employees can submit their timesheets through the app, there isn't an option to select jobs within this function. Our MYOB Academy does have free online learning tutorials on MYOB Team that you can sign up to.&nbsp;

Thanks for your help&nbsp;Melisa_D&nbsp;&nbsp;I have done the online tutorial which answered most of my questions. Can you confirm that the approving manager will only see timesheets and leave requests, and won't be able to see other employees payrates?&nbsp;Thank you,Katelyn

Hi Melisa_D&nbsp;,&nbsp;One last question, if the employee submits their timesheet, can we then go into their timesheet and allocate their hours to multiple jobs?OR how would this be done?&nbsp;Thanks&nbsp;Katelyn&nbsp;

Hi&nbsp;KB-12,&nbsp;
&nbsp;
When the timesheet has been sent to AccountRight you would need to go into the timesheet within AccountRight and assign the jobs to the hours.&nbsp;
