MYOB Team App Timesheets

Hi,

 

We are looking at inviting our employees to use the MYOB Team App on their phones to submit timesheets each week. Can you please send through a screenshot of what it would look like on their phone in the timesheet submission screen? Do they select job numbers in this screen?

    Hi KB-12, 

     

    Glad to hear that the tutorial helped. Correct, the approving manager will only see the timesheets and leave requests within the admin portal. When a timesheet approved the hours then get sent into AccountRight which is then linked to their base hourly category.

    Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! Our help article Using the MYOB Team mobile app has step by step instructions on how employees can submit their timesheets through the app, there isn't an option to select jobs within this function. Our MYOB Academy does have free online learning tutorials on MYOB Team that you can sign up to.

      I have done the online tutorial which answered most of my questions. Can you confirm that the approving manager will only see timesheets and leave requests, and won't be able to see other employees payrates?
