No Fund Option
Hi MYOB,
We have a new staff who's super fund is Acenda Life Insurance.
USI:6894712340017
However, I am unable to find this super in MYOB Super fund list.
Can you please suggest what we should do

Appreciate for providing the details. If a new employee’s super fund isn’t appearing in the super fund list,
kindly double-check the USI and fund details.
In cases where a valid, active fund still doesn’t appear in super fund lookup, the best thing to do here is to get in touch with our support team. You can reach our Live Chat team via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
