pay in lieu
Hi team,
Recently, we terminated our full-time employee without notice.
Therefore, we will pay the employee with 'pay in lieu'.
For that, do we need to create a new payroll category (like 'pay in lieu')?
If so, how can we put weekend hours?
If the ratio is 'x1' as base hours, do we have to create 'pay in lieu x 1.5'? For the weekend penalty rate.
Or can we just process the amount?
So, we don`t have to create it weekend-pay in lieu.
Please let us know.
