Payoll

I cannot process a payroll - AccountRight 2023.501 will not let me record a payroll and I have been on hold with MYOB support for over 2 hours - what is the probem and when will it be fixed?

    I successfully run scripts to your company file. You should be able to process payroll without any issues.

    So that we can investigate this further with you, could you confirm what happens when you attempt to process payroll, do you get any error messages? Also, could you please provide a screenshot of that error when it occurs?

      Not the orginal poster but I am also having this issue. I get this error message

       

       

      Have been trying for 2 days now to process payroll
