Payroll Accounts Linking
We have a new MYOB Account Right Plus file (Version 2023.7.1.5) and have changed the linking on the payroll accounts. We have several MYOB files and keep the accounts the same in all files. The default linked Wage account is 6-7100 and Default linked Employer Expense account is 6-7200. As shown in attached screenshot. However when we process a wage the linking is all incorrect. The Base Hourly links to account 6-1000 for Bank Fees, Personal Leave pay also links to 6-1000 Bank Fees, Employee super links to 6-2000 Interest paid. Screen shots attached. Employee entitlements are also linking to 6-1000 bank fees.
Any ideas as to why this is happening and how to fix?
