Payroll advice reports show current salary rather than historic

I see this problem was highlighted in 2019, I am wondering if it has been fixed.  When the Payroll Advice report is run it shows the current salary of the employee, not the historic figure. For example a pay advice from 2021 will show the 2023 salary. Obviously this renders the report useless. Is there any other way this historic record can be retrieved? Moving forward is there any way that the pay advice records can be printed to PDF before they are emailed? Thanks

    Hi GWC

Thank you for your post. I'm glad to assist you with this.

What we would advise as a workaround is to run a backup from before the pay rise. Alternatively, if the pre pay rise figure is known, change the annual salary figure on the employees' card before printing the report and then change the annual salary figure back after printing the historic report. The team is still investigating this concern, but rest assured updates will be made or posted if a fix has been done.

Please feel free to post again. I'm happy to assist further.
